If I click on manage plans I cannot find a student plan in the options so I have no idea how to change the plan and provide a student ID. I can't even provide a University ID as it says on the support site because there is no "educational information" section in my adobe account. I thought they would charge me the same amount this year but I got charged the full subscription without a discount. The email provided in my account has been my personal email until today.
